How long does a luxury residential interior design project take?
Timing depends on the property, construction scope, approvals, custom fabrication and procurement. Furnishing-focused residences may be completed in phases, while full renovations and new construction are planned alongside the architectural and building schedule.
When should we involve the interior designer in a new construction project?
Ideally, the interior design team joins during architectural planning, before key layouts and building systems are finalized. Early involvement aligns space planning, lighting, millwork, kitchens, bathrooms, materials and furniture with the architecture from the beginning.
Can you lead the interior design for a complete renovation?
Yes. We develop the interior concept, space planning, materials, kitchens and bathrooms, millwork, lighting and furnishings, while coordinating design information with the architect, contractor and specialized trades throughout the renovation.
Do you manage furniture procurement, delivery and installation?
Yes. Procurement can include quotations, purchasing, order tracking, freight coordination, receiving, delivery, installation and final styling. The scope is tailored to the residence and may include furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, art and accessories.
Can you work with clients who live outside Miami or abroad?
Yes. Remote and international clients can review presentations and decisions digitally while our team coordinates locally with showrooms, vendors, contractors and installers. Site visits and project milestones are structured around the needs of each client and property.
