How the Sequence Runs
- Brief. A private discovery session to establish how you live, what the residence must do, and the date you need it ready.
- Direction. Concept, palette and furniture plan presented together so approvals happen in one pass rather than five.
- Specification. Every item selected, priced and confirmed. You see the full picture before a single order is placed.
- Procurement. Orders are released, tracked and consolidated. While pieces are in transit, finishes and lighting are coordinated on site.
- Installation. A scheduled white-glove day: furniture, rugs, artwork, window treatments and lighting set and adjusted.
- Handover. Styling complete, walkthrough done, residence ready to live in.

It is the same studio and the same standard, organized differently. Design Express works from a tighter brief and a focused selection path so decisions are made quickly and repeatedly, while Turnkey Interior Design is built for fully custom commissions with custom millwork, one-of-a-kind pieces and longer fabrication windows.
Can Design Express work if I live outside Florida?
Yes. More than 60% of our clients manage their project remotely. Everything is received, inspected and consolidated in a secure climate-controlled warehouse, you review decisions through cloud-based project tracking and video walkthroughs, and we execute a coordinated white-glove installation before you arrive.
Do you provide construction or general contracting?
We provide interior design, architectural space planning, specification and project coordination. Construction and structural trade services are executed by properly licensed general contractors, with whom we coordinate closely to protect the design intent and the schedule.
Which properties are best suited to the express process?
Residences that are structurally ready and need to be resolved rather than rebuilt: luxury condominiums, waterfront apartments, second homes, vacation properties and new construction where the architecture is complete and the work is furnishing, finishes, lighting and styling.
