The laundry room is the hardest-working room in the home — and the one most often left to chance. We design it as a compact galley: a station for every task, storage that keeps clutter out of sight, and materials that make a utilitarian room feel quietly considered.

Designed Like a Galley
Washing, drying, sorting, folding: every task deserves its own place. Stacking the washer and dryer returns the floor plan to the room, while a deep utility sink and a continuous stone countertop create one uninterrupted work surface for treating, soaking and folding in a single move.
Storage That Disappears
Cabinetry above and below swallows detergent, linens and the machinery of daily life; open shelving keeps the everyday essentials within arm’s reach without adding visual noise. Baskets corral the loose ends. What remains on display is only what earns its place.
Materials That Work Hard
A utility room deserves the same material attention as the rest of the home — stone that shrugs off water, millwork finished to survive humidity, hardware that feels good in the hand. Practical choices, detailed beautifully, are what separate a laundry room from a closet with appliances in it.
