Project Description
RENDER PM is a design development study presented entirely in photorealistic 3D render. The residence is visualized room by room before execution, so every material and finish decision is agreed while it is still easy to change.
Design Approach
The Club Room was developed in two millwork directions — white oak and walnut — shown as separate sets so the difference in warmth and grain reads clearly before the finish is chosen. The Living area and the Master Suite — bedroom and closet — carry the same material language through the rest of the home.
